Our friends at the Finlaggan Trust (Islay), which maintains the historical site at Finlaggan (seat of the erstwhile Lords of the Isles), are currently raising funds to build a new walkway to replace the current aged structure. With a new walkway, the site would remain accessible and open to the public, allowing the Trust to continue to safeguard and promote this precious asset for the enjoyment of present and future generations.

Whilst partial funding has already been secured, the Trust has set up a crowdfunding campaign for the remaining shortfall of £30,000. Please do consider helping out by donating to their campaign.
